Your bouquet will be delivered in a clear glass, metallic, or ceramic bowl vase. We will validate the design elements with you before finalizing your floral composition.

Please place your order at least 10 days before your delivery date. Orders placed with less notice may be automatically refunded. If you're looking to place an order for an event in less than 10 days, please email us at info@eventbyova.com. We would be pleased to assist you.

NOTE

Availability: The flowers or color scheme used in the arrangement are subject to availability and may be substituted based on availability. Our creative team always selects the freshest blooms for you.
After-delivery care: We are not responsible for the floral arrangement's after-delivery care. To keep your blooms fresher for longer, keep them in a cool place away from direct sunlight and change the water regularly.
Cancellation and Return: All cancellations and refunds must be confirmed at least 10 days before delivery. A $40 fee applies if you cancel between 10 and 7 days before the delivery date. No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days before delivery, and no refunds will be issued (We work with perishable products and need to order in advance).
